COPYRIGHT
OWNER confirms that it possesses sufficient rights on the above
audiobooks necessary in order to fulfill this contract.
All
the copyrights for the above audiobooks will remain with COPYRIGHT
OWNER insofar as those copyrights do not conflict with the provision
of this contract.
ABFF
will be entitled to make as many copies as necessary for the fulfillment
of this contract.

Moral
rights:

All
the moral rights for the above audiobooks will remain with COPYRIGHT
OWNER insofar as those moral rights do not conflict with the provision
of this contract.

Exclusivity:

none
|

Delivery:
|
COPYRIGHT
OWNER will promptly deliver to ABFF the above audiobooks in digital
format (e.g. wav-files on CDs, wav-files on DVDs , audio CDs,
etc.)
COPYRIGHT
OWNER will also provide in text form brief information about the
authors; narrators; producers/directors and a short summary for
each audiobook.

Recording,
editing errors:

COPYRIGHT
OWNER will promptly rectify any recording and/or editing errors
found in it’s audiobooks.
In
the meanwhile, ABFF is permitted to remove the faulty audiobook
from its online services.

Payments:

100%
of all payments for downloads will go to COPYRIGHT OWNER.
100%
of all payments for bulk audiobook products will remain with ABFF.
No
further payments or royalties will be made or provided for.

PayPal

payments for online downloads will be processed using COPYRIGHT
OWNER’s nominated PayPal account.
COPYRIGHT
OWNER will configure and maintain this PayPal account in accordance
with ABFF requirements:
- PayPal
account type must be “Premier” or “Business”;

is acceptable;
- USD
is acceptable;
- Payments
in currencies that COPYRIGHT OWNER
is not holding will be set to be accepted and converted automatically
without waiting for confirmation;
- Instant
Payment Notification (IPN) must be set to OFF;
- Instant
Payment Notification URL must be left blank;
- Block
Non-encrypted Website Payments must be set to OFF;
- Auto
Return for Website Payments must be set to OFF;
- Return
URL must be left blank;
COPYRIGHT
OWNER will comply with any future ABFF’s recommendations regarding
configuration of PayPal account.

COPYRIGHT
OWNER will determine the prices for downloads, subject to a 1
week notice period.

OWNER may change the currency for downloads, subject to a 2 week
notice period, provided this currency is accepted by PayPal.

and external hard drives preloaded with all ABFF's audiobooks;
- DVD
SETs (9 DVD at present increasing to 10 or 12 and above DVD
in future) with all ABFF's audiobooks;
- BluRay
Disk SETs with all ABFF's audiobooks;
- HD-DVD
SETs with all ABFF's audiobooks;
- HVD
SETs with all ABFF's audiobooks;
- any
other types of bulk products the ABFF might decide to introduce
in the future.

OWNER will not be able and is not permitted to use direct links
to downloading files for it’s own website or for any other purposes.
COPYRIGHT
OWNER is not permitted to pass/convey direct links to downloading
files to any 3rd party or person.
